The International Research Institute for Climate and Society based at Columbia University’s Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory campus needed a film to highlight the incredibly innovative pilot program they have launched in Uruguay. Using captured and reconstructed data, microclimate forecasting, and local crop price indices, they have created a system that helps farmers make informed choices.
