Mother-daugher models, Pat Cleveland and Anna Cleveland, play the part of dueling muses for renowned photographer Ruven Afanador. Taking a cue from the stylized sets, the ephemeral light and the commitment and passion of the two muses themselves, we wanted to create a portrait of the model as collaborator and artist——and perhaps capture and convey that sacred connection between muse and maker.
