Dr. C. D. Mote Jr., President of the National Academy of Engineering and loved by countless students from his 20+ year teaching career, was honored at the 2018 USC Viterbi Awards Gala with their Lifetime Achievement Award. We traveled to D.C. to film Dr. Mote and his long-term mentee, dean of A. James Clark School of Engineering at University of Maryland, Dr. Darryll J. Pines.

We also collaborated with USC faculty who have been impacted by Dr. Mote, and included various members of the NAE Council to communicate the breadth of Dr. Mote’s impact nationally and worldwide.
